Very noisy neighbor in aprtment 3B

Discussion about 70 West 106th Street in Manhattan Valley
There is a tenant in the building who live s in apartment 3B. He blows his trumpet, bangs his piano and percussion and tries to sing all day. This person doesn't work and he is just horrible. sometimes doing it around 3am-4 am.
