Discussion about 187 Bridge Street in Downtown Brooklyn
The mice situation has been an ongoing issue, the building is absolutely short for maintenance, so there are A LOT of gaps/holes in each unit. The board does not seem interested or responsible for fixing this issue, they just keep sending exterminators. My advise, DON'T MOVE IN
