How to get Recorded Sales

Is there any way to get all recorded property sales in NYC for a particular period? I realize that one can get recorded sales by changing the filters to "past sales" in the search but it only seems to show the sales with listing which show up on Streeteasy (works well for coops and condos). I am more interested in commercial multifamily and land sales, which are typically not on Streeteasy. Thank you.

REBNY members can get access to sales databases through their library. Also, CoStar but you will have to pay. Not sure if REDI still publishes but may be available through NYU or Columbia U. libraries.

I don't think they publish the REDI books any more, but not 100% sure.
