So, let's start off by stating the obvious. The broker, Ian Simpson, of MOTION NY (broker), clearly must think everyone is an idiot. Why else would he list this apt as a 2 BR when I'm sure he knows very well that a bedroom must have a window to be called a bedroom.
So now that it's clear that this apt is a 1 BR, not a 2 BR, let's move on. The interior seems to be very small and cramped with materials that are not very attractive. Livable sq ft is way less than the listed 1,191 sq ft.
The listed price of $3.25 million is, of course, beyond ridiculous. $2,700+ per sq ft for this drek? Dream on. This is a very mediocre apt that is worth, $2 million (approx $2,000 per sq ft) MAX. Anyone paying more than this will end up losing money when they eventually sell.

Perhaps it's a fishing lure for $3 million buyers?

Jesus. The level of slander on this forum is insane. I wonder if this will ever result in lawsuits for SE or any of the posters?

There is no slander or libel if the facts are true and verifiable.

Yeah he should really change that to 'den' or 'office'. Most certainly not a legal bedroom and cannot be sold as such.

You are correct about the second "bedroom" (not even a room..), but if this is important to you, report the issue to SE and they will correct , posting on the forum won't have any effect.
