Do not move here. Since we moved in two months ago we have had more maintenance issues than in the last 5 years of living at my previous apartment. The superintendent is great - Ric is a superstar. He runs around the apartments fixing issues, but he doesn't have a big team since the management company is cheap. The finishes are cheap and the appliances look like they are from the 80s even though the building was built 8 years ago. Dealing with the management is very frustrating. Some of the doormen are great, while others (overnight) couldn't care less and spend all their time on the phone. Don't get locked into a lease with these guys.

I agree with Alex’s comments. Ric the super is great, but he doesn’t have enough help to maintain the building. The management company is ultra cheap, and they prefer to slap bandaids on rather than actually fix problems. The elevators are constantly down, there is no Wi-Fi in the lounge (because someone stole the router and the building refuses to replace it), construction is shoddy and cold air pour in from gaps around the windows and radiator units. Arine (the building manager who sits somewhere on Long Island) never responds to calls or emails. If you do catch her, she is extremely nasty and talks down to you like you’re bothering her. She refuses to address building wide concerns that are brought to her attention. She is absolutely worthless, and does not care about or want to deal with her tenants. The building markets itself as “luxury,” which is a joke. Faux luxury at best. My advice - STAY AWAY!!!
