Why so much turn-over?

Discussion about 9281 Shore Road in Fort Hamilton
This seems like a good building, but I noticed many recent buyers have begun to sell after only a few years? Does anyone know if there are troubles that are ahead?

We flipped a two-bedroom in there a number of years back very similar to this one:

For $175,000.
It may just be people taking their profits.
