The worst overstatement I have seen. At least they explain the reality in the text. For this price, I would have thought they will show real pictures of the apartment with proposed floor plan. Rent is indeed very good if real.

It sounds like it is literally the sales office. The 2nd floor with an in-place 15 year lease?
