Building with MAJOR PROBLEMS.

Discussion about 211 Saint James Place in Clinton Hill
This building has a cockroach infestation that is not being handled properly. I rented a unit here for two years, and it was never resolved. The co-op board also docked my deposit by a significant amount to make repairs to the building (leaking ceiling, skylight, radiators) that I did not cause. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
