Discussion about
What does everyone think of the new site? Are you finding it effective for search? @noah are you receiving the full RLS feed?

Hey! Once corcoran opts in our consumer search will be at about 80% full, that should be any day now. We have to go "door to door" for other few hundred firms to opt in as this is all new to our industry. That's just for consumer guest search.

Agents who subscribe and login and share searches with clients will see the full feed with all RLS listings. So never an issue there. BK MLS should be in soon too. Rentals coming in q3.

How's it going Keith? Your buyers active in all price points? Seems low end finally getting hit a bit

Lower end is still firing on all cylinders, at least in our little world and especially in Brooklyn. Seeing a noticeable Slowdown 3M+ .

on the old version, i liked being able to see the estimated values for apartments as a guest.

that no longer seems possible without registering.

good to know Keith thx for sharing!

1st Timer - Yaa, the price opinion. Its cool and we still have it in backend, but it lacked auto adjustments for Renovation and that we found caused too many gaps.. We are working to fill that void with be models and will see how it plays out.

We found the numbers are far more accurate when a user adjusts for renovating, so the tool exists use just an agent only tool now. Consumers can retrieve these reports with price opinions by connecting with an agent for now. Noted though. Thanks

Okay, because so many of those Streeteasy commentators I "listen" to have been citing Urbandigs since I have become active in NY real estate again (last 12 mos I have had had multiple reasons to come to this board looking for guidance), I finally went and checked out the site. WOW - it is not at all as I remember it (went on YEARS ago), and I will now be making regular visits there. I love the interface, as well as the extras. So, while I may be a few years late responding to Keith's question above, I love it!

I particularly like being able to very easily search closings in specific neighborhoods over the past chosen time frame, as well as having DOM right in front of me when I search listings that are currently under contract. I have just begun to explore, but it is GOOD and definitely giving me data in one easy search with all the results displayed on one page that I can only get on Streeteasy by going back and forth between searches and screens and taking notes.

@noah it would be nice if there were more specific filters when you're doing a neighborhood insight search. For instance, we have a buyer bidding on a upper east side 5th avenue co-op. Would be nice to be able to search that segment more specifically for the various data points including average price per square foot excetera.

Otherwise yes the site remains outstanding! I send snapshots of these reports along with my own analysis of an individual apartment to all of our clients.

Hey Keith!! Can you try the Custom Boundary tool, to the right of neighborhood filter? Check desktop or mobile web and advise? You can draw your area and boundaries.

And yes! We have a forum! I'll be emailing agents soon on that as many cool mini media elements coming to UD this summer. Stay tuned and stay safe all!!
