Discussion about 1623 3rd Avenue #26D
I am getting several offers from sell side brokers. They offered 3 - 3.5% commission. 2.5% firm for buy side, 0.5 - 1% for sell side. If you offer better than these brokers, I will give you my listing.

Are you looking for only full service? If so, that's pretty much as cheap as you can go already. Who is offering you those deals?

If you have time to show yourself, you could save all 6% with an Agent Assisted FSBO (https://www.hauseit.com/fsbo-nyc/) through a local company like Hauseit. Not possible if you don't have time to get out of work to show though ..
