Discussion about 1623 3rd Avenue #26D
I am getting several offers from sell side brokers. They offered 3 - 3.5% commission. 2.5% firm for buy side, 0.5 - 1% for sell side. If you offer better than these brokers, I will give you my listing.

Interesting, which firms are offering you these kind of deals by the way?

The only way I can imagine you saving further than that is if you do a self service listing, i.e. an Agent Assisted FSBO (https://www.hauseit.com/fsbo-nyc/) through a local company like Hauseit where you can save all 6% if you find a direct buyer
