Agent offered her own home, w/out disclosure

After we saw an apartment at an open house -- which was a little small for us, and there was no larger unit listed for sale in that hundreds-of-units coop, though the broker spoke of people who had combined existing units -- the broker offered to show us another unit in the same building, which was also the building in which she'd said she lived. She sent us a floor plan. All she said about it was that it was "fully renovated." The floor plan included the unit number. Thanks to StreetEasy I was able to see its current owner: her! Should she have disclosed she was the owner? Not doing so seemed sketchy, even though she didn't propose terms, so we kept looking elsewhere. She wasn't an amateur; her page at her agency shows around forty closed sales, eight of them in that building.
