I was impressed to learn about the flexible purchasing rules and allowing subletting. Something that should be checked out if your a single person who wants to live in financial district, all you need in large complex, couple , or small family . Not your average co-op, With one bedrooms, two beds, like the one I have listed #3D 100 Beekman St , 3 bedrooms and all kind of amazing view from private balcony !! Check it out I highly recommend...
