Unscrupulous and shady developer, Nadkos Inc, hired by penny-pinching property owner, Andrey Shutov, has put up a 3 story structure that looks like it will fall down any minute. The work is so shoddy that the Department of Buildings has registered almost 50 violations and complaints against the construction of this neighborhood eyesore; there are many outstanding violations still listed for the property. Be very wary of buying into the creative lies Andrey Shutov will create to sell you basically a "beer cooler coated in stucco." The 6 tiny units are not worth the drawing paper the plans were composed on. Shutov is a conman, out to make a quick buck and the construction and materials show his take-your-money-and-run nature. Again, stay far away from this building nightmare because you will definitely regret your purchase once the walls start falling down around your ears (which will be as soon has Shutov has your cash)! Trust me--I have watched this horror day in and day out as I walk past it to Nostrand Avenue to shop.
