Of course, the structural walls with plumbing in the middle bathrooms disappeared!!! It is easy.

I can't say I am a fan of this layout. A big study that could also be a dining room except that it is not next to the kitchen? A huge bedroom that's far from a shared bathroom? And what is a play area/office? Obviously a former foyer that they could not think of anything else to do with. I have seen more combo units than I care to stomach. Maybe 5% of them make any sense, esthetically and economically.

Squid, Haha. In this case, the broker indeed added the additional floorplan but making the walls with plumbing disappear in the new layout is priceless!! Perhaps it can indeed be done.
