Discussion about 25 West 13th Street in Greenwich Village
What is wrong with this building? How come the previous sales have been very low? I previously saw the last apartment recenlty sold and it was a pretty good apartment. I was only turned off by the very low comps. 2f was sold last year for only 216,000 but is now being sold at 599K. Does anyone have any info on this building?

perhaps this is an HDFC building?

apartment 2F was sold from one partner to an other So it was sold the the second partner for 1/2 of the market value
