Discussion about Downtown by Philippe Starck at 15 Broad Street in Financial District

Now that the litigation has been settled, what is the verdict on this building? Is the construction shoddy? Are there still problems? Does it represent a good value and a nice place to live?

All construction defects have been repaired and all hallways were fully renovated in 2018. New hallways are chic and modern. Amenities continue to get upgrades, such as scoreboard for basketball court and Peloton bikes in the gym. Building is top notch.
