Discussion about 213 West 85th Street in Upper West Side
Any body know what's going on with this building? Looks like 1 apartment is in contract but the other have disappeared from PruDE. Did the condo plan get declared effective or is it dead?

One apartment was in contract. However, because the construction was not completed in time, the buyer backed out. Renovations are now nearing completion. They are GORGEOUS!! Please contact Joan at 917-992-9433 if you are interested in renting.

wow these are really expensive apartments for a non-doorman, walk-up building.
