Premier Buyers agent

Discussion about
I wanted to inquire about an apartment open house And hit the Contact Agent button. Then, Streeteasy connected me with an agent who said that he is now my 'buyers' agent. Any apartment I buy, he represents me. This is not what I asked for, I was tricked, what can I do? Streeteasy does not give me the where withall to xx the contract.

No he is not your buyer's agent for 'any' apartment you buy. If you purchase the apartment in question he may be entitled to a piece of the pie but you are absolutely NOT bound to him otherwise.

Tell him you are not interested in working with a buyer's broker and to please not send you any listings.

In the future, find out who the listing brokers are and contact them directly (that info is included in the listing itself).

Oh and not sure what you mean by 'xx the contract' but you certainly have not entered into any contract by clicking on a link.
