Yep. It's causing huge traffic jams around here. And I haven't a clue how they solve the problem. It must be a design flaw??

I foresee helmets in NYC pedestrians’ future, and if you think it is far-fetched, ask anyone who has been skiing for any length of time if they ever thought they’d be shouted down on the mountain for not wearing a helmet.
But then since they are saving the world they think they shouldn't have to obey any traffic laws.

30 - a question for you regarding the initial post on this thread - would the construction loans dictate that marketing has to begin by a certain date?

While they could say anything that would be unusual. Especially since at the time they were made I doubt anyone thought it would ever be an issue that developers wouldn't want to bring projects to market ASAP. It will be interesting to see what happens after the first of the year given how many projects have been holding back waiting for "something".

BTW aside from a few scattered "we sold one" shout outs, have you seen any reports of how many have been sold?

I think Central Park tower is screwed as 220 CPS stole its thunder.

Can't even get cyclists to wear helmets.
