holy cr*p, look at the price per square foot in a building with 8 foot roofs!

What is more interesting is that a similar (could be the same) unit-same sq footage is listed for rent @ $4300

Its the same building , just a different address.

Jesus, the common charges and taxes alone are almost 40% of the rent!

I'm afraid to make that rent/buy calculation.

Anyone look at this unit or even this building? I just wonder about how Manhattan skimped on quality of life in some of these apartment buildings.
