(Discussing building at 563 HENRY STREET) WARNING, landlord is erratic and moody, with a lazy attitude toward maintaining his building. You do get a large amount of space for the price, but you also must be patient about flimsy kitchen cabinets, 1970s appliances, and warping wood floors. This is nothing compared to the random temper tantrums of the landlord should you screw up your recycling or cross another of his arbitrary lines.
