that place is horrible. the finishes and fixtures look cheap. the walls feel thin, the maintenance is just cringe worthy (i think $1/square foot, only includes heat/gas). i was looking at a 1BR maint was over 1k. pistilli anything from my experience has been not too good (also checked out the riverview coops) which have gone half rental, prob b/c the maint was terrible there as well. riverview was the nicer of the two buildings.

i have been there. although its not horrible, it does seem a bit dodgy. i wouldnt have noticed some of the uneven flooring, and leaked cielings if i hadnt read about them on the net. what makes it dodgy is the realtors who are selling the place, not the building itself. the hallways look really good. they were only showing the ground floor, so i have no idea what the upper levels look like. if i was going to buy, id have an engineer check the place out.
