In the pictures yes. Also noted the stated square footage does not exist.

Also noted Bertazoni rather than Wolf and mid range bathrooms etc for a $5mm property.

While I am still surprised it sold for this much I am also surprised it went for this far below the ask that quickly and still not 100% convinced there isn't more to the story.
