I'm a first time buyer and dont have any idea what I'm doing but thought 98 Front street looked pretty nice Any reason not to buy? Any thoughts on the current market in Dumbo?

Did you ended up buying? I'm also considering this place. Not sure what I think. The square footage is tiny for what they're asking.

One issue with a lot of buildings in Dumbo is proximity to the BQE and the subway leading to TONS of noise and polluted air. I would definitely make sure to spend some time in the area at different times of day and make sure this isn't an issue.

Any recent experience buying in this building?
Toured it recently and thought it was quite nice. Concerned about noise - wondering if anyone is living there and can report?
