What will it sell for celebrity edition

Market is higher than 2006 and the area is far more desirable now with 70 Vestry, 443 Greenwich and Waterfront development. However, price in this price range is hard to tell.

The apartment one floor down , smaller and no terrace, sold for $19 so I think this will definitely go for more- $30-40
