Discussion about 96 Schermerhorn Street in Downtown Brooklyn
Curious why maintenance is higher than for other full service buildings in the neighborhood. Are there outstanding projects that are coming up in the near future - boiler upgrade, hallway renovation, etc.? Also, what’s the board’s stand on subletting and pets? Thanks.
