Hello, how do you find out the balance of a coops underlying mortgage?

You can also go on ACRIS and view the underlying mortgage agreement itself in its entirety. You need the building Burrough Block Lot (BBL), which you can find on ACRIS with the building’s street address. Mortgages on individual coop apartments are not available on ACRIS, but underlying mortgages for the entire building are. These documents contain a wealth of information and often show the entire borrowing history of the building.
