It will require a very particular buyer to pay top dollar for that house. For the right buyer it is a cool style in a wide house with some unique features that would be tough to replicate.

For a lot of buyers it would be a property you would want to redo the renovation on, and you'd pay a massive discount.

I think the pool sounds neat but I don't think that townhouse backyards have the appropriate privacy to make a pool particularly appealing in practice.

Seems overpriced like Billionaire row new development. Side windows are nice. Pool is very nice, but most people will have to redo interiors.
