very nice views on high floors, some good apts still available for sale, condo on the market since mid june

2nd Ave traffic approaching the Queensboro bridge stacks up well past 64th for many hours of the day.

crescent, you are exactly right. Traffic on second above the bridge is terrible many times of day.

I lived there for 3 years when it was a rental building my 750 sqft was aking 1.1 million? The doormen are great though!

no amenities in the building, below-average decoration in the unit and common area. Location? nah. salesperson doesn't care. Aby Rosen did surprise me with this piece of work.
