https://ny.curbed.com/2019/12/5/20997233/thomas-heatherwicks-high-line-condo-lobby Sales supposed to kick off soon. Anyone want to guess at pricing? (Aside from "starting at $1.7 million).

Not that I would want to live in this highline hugging tourist trap, but I like the building, particularly that it has 175 parking spaces. Remains to be seen how those curved walls work with interiors. Seems to me that "starting at $1.7MM" means starting at +/- $2500 sq ft, which would be similar to (the fairly tepid sales) at Related's Hadid building. 180 units is a lot of product to move at those prices. Isn't there a building going up west of this that makes the claimed Hudson river views optimistic?

The Gehry designed IAC building to the West has to be at least a decade old which should block river views from most of this project but not the top few floors in the tower section.
I thought there were much stricter limitations on number of parking spots per unit.
