Heads up for anyone applying for this apartment. No matter what your current income, if the covid pandemic affected your income this apartment will deny your application.

Terrible management. Do not live here. We did not have heat for a month and management was totally unresponsive. Look elsewhere in Astoria or LIC.

BEWARE - this is one of the worst buildings in NYC. if you live on the front side, facing Kaufman studios, you will never get any sleep. They do trash pick up all night long, every single night and it is extremely noisy, additionally, in the morning, dozens of semi trucks back up and line up in front of the building, you will constantly hear BEEP BEEP BEEP. Additionally the superintendent of this building is one of the worst people in the world. He never cleans the building, the floors are constantly dirty, the backyard is disgusting and the front of the building is constantly littered with trash.
