The building is so poorly built and has so many issues related to poor workmanship. They used cheap materials on everything and rushed to complete the construction, which came with bunch of defects. If you are seriously considering buying, try searching Toll Brothers (the builder) in Consumer Affair website and read through the reviews. I can personally provide more details of the problems we are having as well as other units’.
