No more co-exclusive, One Agent per building?

As an agency owner, streeteasy does not make it easy getting a listing on their site. From someone who works there named Meagan, they are changing the policy to no more co-exclusives and the agent or agency must have exclusive for the entire building moving forward, not just per unit. Has anyone else heard into this? I don't know how this would work with one agency (agent) per building only.
