Kick up the exaggeration? Changing the description from an eat-in kitchen and now calling this undersized 2 BR a "Classic 5" with a "Formal Dining Room" is going to fool exactly who?

Only in Manhattan would a tiny, windowless foyer be called a "formal dining room." I guess that's the 5th room???

Gotta love the attention to capitalization though. At least they were honest about the Virtual Staging. In the category of 'smaller 2 BRs' I don't hate it though, and even with reno expenses, I think you could bring it in cheaper than new construction of similar space (and you don't have to have the kitchen in your living room).

Intermittent capitalization is very OG brokerspeak, but it is also Very Effective.
