What will it sell for - Park Slope resale?

Discussion about 435A 9th Street #4
Since this unit sold twice fairly recently: $1,110,000 6/13/2017 and $902,500 4/28/2014 Both of those times pretty quickly (44 and 18 days on market). Now asking $1,200,000 how long it takes and what is sells for should give an indication of how the Brooklyn market is doing.
