Discussion about 288 Lexington Avenue #4E
All of the photos for this listing are terrible. There is also no floorplan. Do better.

It must be a joke. Pics of cleaning supplies, waste bins, etc. —- what buyer wouldn’t find that appealing!

It's the 'specious' living room and kitchen that I'm dying to see.

(Actually, the price/size/maintenace ratios for the unit are about right, and the E line floorplan isn't bad (although ordinary)).

In South Beach for events and the ads here tout "stainless steal" and "walking closets". Charmed, I'm sure.

Aaron2,
Perhaps the "specious" living room is associated with it being a "Live/Work" apartment. In any case, considering 7E sold just a few months ago renovated for $615,000 the pricing seems "ambitious" to say the least.

30 :

You're right: the pricing may be ambitious. I didn't check recent building sales, but was roughly comparing to other east side 1BR. What does 'Live/Work' even mean in this case? The tenant can work from home? Can run a business w/ regular clients coming by?
