Investment opportunity with hotel owner operator

I'm talking with a company that has over $1B worth of hotel properties (including Marriott's, Hilton's and others, in the US) under management, generating strong cash flow. They are doing a $100MM funding round for expansion. I'm seeking other investors who would like to participate in the funding round. The minimum check size is $100K, but they strongly prefer much larger checks. In return you can receive debt or equity. You would not be involved in operations or management.
