Any thoughts on this building and the surrounding neighborhood? There are many active listings at the moment and I'm curious as to what might be driving that.

13 units out of 285 total = ~4.5% of the population. And 6 in contract. No particular view, apartment line, or price point singled out for unusual sales. Nothing unusual for a building that size.

Thank you, Aaron. That makes sense. Would anybody familiar with the building be able to share their opinion on its advantages and disadvantages from a quality of life perspective?
