I sent in August CC to the managing agent Grogan and ass I was never credited When I received September Invoice it said I owed August and September I wrote a check to M at Beekman our board gave the check to the doorman which I have done I the past without issue so there was no room for error Got October invoice now 3 months Grogan and ass in my opinion extremely difficult to deal with one time when I had the flu John Grogan in non emergency situation called the police for excess which is incorrect action took the steps to remedy the situation I will update the government which I reported a host of issue from I understand ongoing investigation for my protection Sincerely Charles Lewner tried remedy this problem in peaceful manner to no avail
