I suspect it’s should really be more like $2150 rather than $1250. Comparable high floor units are all over 2K in maintenance.

Yeah there's a credit offered.
Read the description, they ar3 offering a credit against the maintenance fees. Actual maintenance is around $800 higher.
Haha, that’s right, it does now because the broker added this to the listing after I posted the comment. Power of the questioning public in action, I suppose. The maintenance does make more sense now.
