Discussion about 111 Hicks Street #7H
I noticed that the price of 7H is well above any other similar 1 bedroom apartments sold in the building. Anyone has any idea as to why? Any thoughts, suggestions would be appreciated.

Because the seller thinks their renovation is fabulous and will overcome the limitations of the layout? No obvious reason this should be more expensive that I can see.

We keep being given these lists of words we're not supposed to to use anymore. "Dining" area is probably discriminatory towards people with Anorexia.

It's an attempt to position the apartment as a Jr. 4, although the dining area has no window.
