Discussion about 75 Henry Street #18F
Over 900k for an F line that does not even have re-done floors to way out of wack for the the building. Should be closer to 800.

18F needs to be closer to 800k - especially with the old floors.

Tbh it looks like the result of some TV flip show. Will be interested to see where/when it sells.

Plus the renovation will not be to everyone's taste.

3 questions about the renovation:
1) Is that fancy range hood terminating in a concrete ceiling? That would seem like a real waste,
2) Is that shower door handle on the inside? Not sure I've seen that before, plus that would foreclose using it as a towel bar - which is really the reason to use that size/shape handle in the first place place. And since the shower enclosure doesn't go all the way across the tub you don't need a handle to begin with, and
3) Why would someone spend this kind of money on kitchen and bath but not do floors?

I guess I agree with pier45.

The hood is likely recirculating.

Call me crazy but I like the old floors. Mid Century etc.
