Days on market: 1044 by my count. Not exactly a "new" listing.

REBNY et al should pay attention that this is what happens when you force people to count Days on Market for themselves.

Another basketball court (can't find the thread with the discussion of the other one (upper east side somewhere?))! I wonder how many of these there are in NYC..
