Discussion about 158 Halsey Street
This is currently the most expensive townhouse in Bedford-Stuyvesant listed on StreetEasy. Will they be able to get this price (or close to it)?

Not likely. Where are opinions here about percentage price drops we will see? Will the % price decreases be significantly different in Brooklyn vs Manhattan? Higher price points vs lower ones? Townhouse vs condo/coop? Thoughts?

I'm not crazy about what they are calling a kitchen for a house.

Four family with two kitchens!! Even if it were to be legal two family, the upper Triplex just does not have enough storage. Please spare us the dynamic developer bs.

And who features the shiny porcelain turquoise tiles in a very expensive house for the neighborhood. A little marble would only cost few thousand extra. Not even marble look porcelain.
