I have PTSD just looking at that listing.

This is almost as bad as the airBnB listings with someone's cat lounging on the bed and a kitty litter box visible in the corner of the room...

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a listing showcasing the agent rather than the apartment . WTH was she thinking?

Perhaps the apartment comes furnished with her?

It's not like she could have featured the wonderful views out of the windows.

But, I do like the floorplan - good public/private separation, lots of closets, a windowed bathroom, and separate and windowed kitchen (that might be openable to the DR, if you have a taste for that sort of thing). And may well sell higher than the 2013 price.

Also very odd that there are no pictures of the kitchen and bathrooms to account for the $300,000 price increase vs. the previous sale. Just saying something was renovated without showing pictures that would back up that statement is suspicious

I remember some car and tool calendars from back in the day with pretty young women.

George,
At the time there was a decent amount of talk about that being a hoax/publicity stunt.

Well I guess I gave you all a good laugh. I changed teams and did not want to use my original professional photos so I used my own photos that I had on instagram.
I wish I had taken more photos of every room including the renovated gorgeous kitchen and baths , but I didn't . Sorry. But at least I gave you all something to talk about .
My new professional photos and video will be coming as soon as the building allows access.
Stay safe. Be on the look-out for the professional photos soon.
Best Cindy

Oh Cindy, I, for one, apologize... it is a new world, and we're all going to have to figure out photos.

My "PTSD" comment isn't you, FWIW... I remember that apartment when Andy Girard sold it. I had a listing in the building at the same time, and I got a buyer who submitted a REBNY, and then I saw his taxes, and the income number on the taxes and the income number on the REBNY didn't match. And I said, "umm, as far as the board will be concerned, we'll have to use the income number on your taxes -- why is it lower?" And he said, "I was on leave for a while because I had a heart attack, but you can't tell the board that, because I run a public company and I don't want my shareholders to know that I had a heart attack. "

And then we had a GIANT fight, from which my ears are still ringing.

But apologies again. This world is making everyone a bit silly, but it shouldn't make us mean.

But Cindy--why not just use floor-plan image until you can get better shots? And why would you have included yourself in ANY shots of an apartment you are representing for sale, professional photos or not? You cannot possibly be surprised people are ragging on this--it's so freakin' bizarre...

I always respect people who are a good sport. Glad Cindy explained the reason.

George Carlin had something to say about good sports but I've never been able to find an accurate version on the internet to link to (which is is true about a lot of stuff which happened before 1995).
