Discussion about 20 West Street #14G
Fraudulent listing agents and brokers. Please fix the listing. Thank you.

Use the "report a problem" link at the very bottom of the listing. StreetEasy is good at overriding the broker to correct errors. That said, it's not clear that this is legally only a studio since there is a separate sleeping room with a window and a closet.

George, there's only one window in the whole unit, it's a studio. You're right - use the "report a problem". I report it when brokers make up unit numbers. It's not hard to find the history of the unit, but it's annoying.

I would call this a Jr.1 but they must be crazy asking this price.

By streeteasy's definition, this is a 1br. The window requirement is only as concerns the bedroom.

It has a bedroom... It just doesn't have a living room.

Whatever it is, you know it's gonna suck when the opening shot is of the communal terrace...

I'd rather publicly shame the shady brokers and agents. Lol!
