The residential portion of this Condominum building is a Cooperative. Buyers here would receive shares in the Corporation that owns the building and will also receive a proprietary lease. This Cooperative has NYC subsidies which reduces the sales prices from market rates and has varying income caps, which makes this cooperative affordable to most moderate-middle income households.
