Somehow management at this building is tone deaf to the fact that a massive change has started in Manhattan real estate. The largest tenant in the city (JPMorgan) with tens of millions of square feet is looking to reduce its footprint and allow tens of thousands of people to work remotely. Citibank is renting space in small towns... And these guys sent contracts with 4 to 5% increases... They think their tenants are idiots and then threaten them... Truly stupid!
