Why do you call this a wreck? Huge tower will go up where ABC studios are, plus there is talk of moving MLK high school and putting a tower there which would kill most of the view.

what are the actual chances MLK high school gets moved and a tower is actually put in place.

Without a view, this apartment is much less appealing.
